Say no more, we hear you, loud and clear. Lensa Inc. is looking to expand its team in Budapest (Hungary) with a new PRODUCT OWNER for one of the core product teams.

WHAT WOULD I HAVE TO DO?

• Implementation of new features and components with your cross-functional SCRUM team of 5-7 engineers
• Translating/Defining complex business and in some cases algorithmic requirements to the team while cooperating with data scientists/engineers, designers, BI and US sales teams
• Prioritizing between tasks by considering costs and benefits, constant figure revision
• Motivate your development team with clear goals while staying accessible to them throughout the entirety of sprints
• Changing tires on a speeding race car: you need to understand that to be successful we’ve to maintain and operate a large scale system, while continuously trying to improve it

REQUIRED:

• Technical or mathematical background / education (higher degree is preferred), or equivalent combination of training and experience
• At least 2 years spent in a Product Owner role within a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
• Excellent communication skills within the development teams and stakeholders
• Advanced English knowledge
• Being a good problem solver, having excellent analytical skills
