Purpose of the Role:

As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our brand presence and creating all marketing content in-house. From strategizing and executing social media campaigns to producing engaging videos and graphics, you’ll own the entire creative process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on independence, loves wearing multiple hats, and has both strategic and technical expertise in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand management: Develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen our brand identity and resonate with our audience of job seekers.
• Content creation: Produce high-quality content across formats, including social media posts, videos, graphics, blogs, and more.
• Social media management: Manage all social media channels (strategy, content creation, posting, engagement) to grow our online presence and drive user engagement.
• Video production: Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver compelling video content that tells our brand story and highlights our products.
• Design work: Use design tools to create marketing assets such as banners, infographics, email templates, and more.
• PR & Communications: Handle public relations efforts to amplify our voice in the industry and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Performance tracking: Monitor KPIs across all channels, analyze performance data, and report actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing communications with a focus on brand management and/or social media.
• Proven ability to create engaging content across various formats (video editing is essential).
• Strong design skills with proficiency in tools
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (strategy + execution).
• Excellent storytelling skills with a creative approach to marketing challenges.
• Basic analytics skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently.
• AI-adaptive mindset—comfortable leveraging technology tools for efficiency.
