Purpose of the role: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving our recruitment efforts, managing HR administration, and enhancing employee engagement through well-executed events. The ideal candidate is a people-centric professional with a strong background in HR operations, an eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills.

What you would do:

• Collaborate with the CPCO and internal and external stakeholders identifying staffing needs, managing the overall recruitment process
• Manage the overall payroll cycle (collecting the necessary data, instructing and coordinating the outsourced payroll services, preparing salary transfers)
• Answer employee queries regarding HR related questions
• Manage HR administration including employment contracts, contract modifications and termination documents
• Maintain employee records and personal files, ensure data accuracy
• Actively participate in various HR related projects
• Plan, organize, and execute internal team-building activities and company events to promote a positive work culture

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of the Hungarian labour law
• Good spoken and written English
• Quick adaptability to systems, tools and processes
