Overview: Lensa is seeking an expert Video Production Manager to lead the production of high-quality, engaging video content. As a key member of our creative team, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end video production process across multiple platforms, ensuring that all content is on-brand and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full video production lifecycle, from ideation and pre-production to post-production and final delivery.
• Collaborate with content specialists and advisors on video concepts, research needs, and storyboarding.
• Coordinate the workflow of all parties involved in the creative process.
• Manage post-production editing to deliver polished and visually engaging content.
• Coordinate with Lensa’s broader marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Optimize video content for distribution across multiple social platforms, ensuring platform-specific best practices are met.

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of experience in video production and editing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content across digital platforms.
• Proficient in video editing tools; knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of how to optimize content for different platforms.
• Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• A creative storyteller who knows how to structure engaging narratives and visuals that align with brand goals.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Great plus if you are:

• Familiar with video SEO and analytics to track performance.
• Interested in AI, generated video, and automated video creation workflows.
