Purpose of the role

LENSA is growing rapidly, and as a next step we are looking forward to extend our business with a new product. The goal of this completely new, greenfield development is to provide a service to employers to be able to post and manage job ads to be advertised throughout the entire Lensa network.

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional, someone who is ready to join us and help our company achieve its new milestone, by finding potential clients and engage them.

Responsibilities

• Generate and collect cold leads by marketing campaigns, and convert them into warm ones

• Develop email templates and audience segmentation strategies to improve email acquisition efforts

• Collaborate with members of the sales, PPC and marketing teams to work on tasks relevant to lead generation

• Build up and nurture a relevant target audience

• Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) lead generation processes, automation, testing and reporting methodolgy

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field

• Proven 3-5 years experience in a similar role

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Experience working closely with other functions like Marketing, Fulfillment, and Product

• Knowledge of Marketing Automation services

• Tech savvy

• Open minded, fresh mindset ready to adapt to a fast paced environment

• Good communication skills
